2. Certifications
Be an AI Guru Ltd certifications are independent professional credentials. They are not issued by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. We make no representation that our certifications replace or are equivalent to any vendor-issued certifications.
3. Access & Licence
Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to access purchased course materials. You may not share your account credentials, redistribute content, or use materials for commercial training without a separate licence agreement.
4. Exam & Retake Policy
Each certification includes one free retake. Additional retakes are available at a reduced fee. We reserve the right to invalidate exam results where evidence of cheating or collusion exists.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, practice questions, and materials are the intellectual property of Be an AI Guru Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or any reliance on information in our courses. Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
