• Supabase / PostgreSQL: User account and progress data storage (EU region).

• Account data: Retained while your account is active, then deleted 30 days after account closure.
• Purchase and invoice data: 6 years (HMRC requirement).
• Certificate records: Indefinitely (to support verification requests).
